If you do not like your new product, which is highly unlikely, you can return it to us within 30 days after purchase in its original condition and packaging. "No questions asked." IT MUST BE UNUSED AND STICKERS STILL ATTACHED.
This option is only for you to see the product in real life and decide if it is as represented on our website www.smael.co.za.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return we need your order number and proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse, as they need to go to a different destination.
If you wish to return a product, kindly notify us by sending an email to support@smael.co.za. Please include your order number in the email and clearly state that you are returning the item under our '30-day return policy'. This will help us expedite the return process for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days.

Please note that a standard shipping fee of R75 applies to all parcels dispatched, regardless of whether your initial purchase qualified for free shipping

Please send us an email to support@smael.co.za with your tracking number from the Courier or Pudo, a note that states that you are returning the product under our 30-Day Return Policy, and your ORDER NUMBER!!
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities or opting for shipping insurance. This ensures that your returned item is monitored during transit and its receipt by us is confirmed. Without these precautions, we cannot assure that your return will be received.
