    Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery to all major cities typically takes 24 to 72 hours via our courier partners.

    Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby facility.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's progress in real time. Tracking updates are provided by our courier partner and reflect the latest scan on your parcel.

    Tracking not updating? Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch, especially over weekends. If your tracking has not updated after 2 business days from your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
    Shipping Address & Delivery Requirements

    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being returned to us.

    • Include a full street address including unit or complex name if applicable.
    • Include your suburb, city, and postal code.
    • Ensure your contact number is correct — couriers may call ahead of delivery.
    • We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.
    Address changes: If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 074 001 6851. We can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
