If you do not like your new product, which is highly unlikely, you can return it to us within 30 days after purchase in its original condition and packaging. "No questions asked." IT MUST BE UNUSED AND STICKERS STILL ATTACHED.

This option is only for you to see the product in real life and decide if it is as represented on our website www.smael.co.za. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return we need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse, as they need to go to a different destination.

 

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days. Shipping Costs NOT Included in the refund. 

NO CASH REFUND WILL BE DONE AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION!!


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve checked your bank after 30 days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@smael.co.za.

This is not a shop. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Include your tracking number in the email you send us. If you did not get an email from us confirming that we received it, please send us the Proof of Delivery.

Send an email to support@smael.co.za when you return your parcel with the reason for the return, the tracking details and your order number.
