    This option is only for you to see the product in person and decide whether it is as represented on our website www.smael.co.za.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

    To complete your return, we need your order number and proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse; they need to be sent to a different destination.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    If you wish to return a product, kindly notify us by sending a WhatsApp to 063 232 8285. Please include your order number in the email and clearly state that you are returning the item under our '30-day return policy'. This will help us expedite your return.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days.

    Shipping Costs are NOT included in the refund.

    Please note that a standard shipping fee of R75 applies to all parcels dispatched, regardless of whether your initial purchase qualified for free shipping.

    NO CASH REFUND WILL BE DONE AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION!!
