Shipping Information
We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
- Delivery Time: 24-72 hours to all major cities. Deliveries to non-main cities might take slightly longer.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase during the week (Monday to Friday).
- Weekend and Holiday Policy: We are not open on weekends or public holidays, and neither are our courier partners. Please account for these days when calculating delivery times.
- Shipping Cost: A standard shipping fee of R75 applies to all orders under R600. Shipping is FREE for orders above R600.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays in delivery.

- Orders placed on Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday.
- During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
- Please note that we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
