All orders take 1 day to process. Thereafter your parcel goes to one of 5 different couriers that our courier broker uses. From there the couriers promise us a 24-72 hour delivery time. Rural and far-out areas may take a day or 2 longer. Remember we can only process the order if your payment has cleared. Couriers don't work over weekends or public holidays, so count your hours in working days only. You will receive a tracking link/number via email from us as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse to go to the couriers. If you click on the tracking link it will take you to the courier's page where you will find their telephone number and the progress of your parcel. Feel free to call them to ask about your parcel or just read the left-hand side of that page. Please take into account that over Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, couriers are extremely busy and unforeseen delays might occur.
