Important Note for All Products:
Customers are responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning products for inspection. Should a replacement be necessary, the customer will incur a handling fee of R150, covering both processing and shipping of the new item. This applies to all product categories listed below. We appreciate your understanding. 🙏
Smael Watches: 1 Year Limited Warranty
All Smael watches purchased from our store come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- ✅ What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Internal movement issues
- Battery issues (within first 3 months)
- Display malfunctions
- Button/crown functionality
- ❌ What's Not Covered:
- Water damage from improper use
- Physical damage from drops or impacts
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Aesthetic changes that occur with normal use
Water Resistance Warning: All Smael watches are 5ATM water resistant. However:
- ❌ Do NOT shower with the watch under hot water
- ❌ Do NOT bath with the watch in warm water
- ❌ Do NOT swim or engage in water sports with the watch
- ⚠️ The watch will steam up under these conditions and the warranty will be void!
Lige Smartwatches: 1 Year Limited Warranty
All Lige smartwatches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functionality issues.

- Touch screen functionality
- Battery charging issues
- Sensor malfunctions
- Software-related problems
- Bluetooth connectivity issues
- ❌ What's Not Covered:
- Water damage
- Physical damage
- Screen scratches
- Normal battery degradation

Water Resistance Warning: Despite being IP67/IP68 rated:
- ❌ Do NOT shower or bath with the watch
- ❌ Do NOT swim or engage in water activities
- ❌ Avoid exposure to hot water or steam
- ⚠️ Water damage voids the warranty
Microwear Smartwatches: 1 Year Limited Warranty
All Microwear smartwatches include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functionality issues.

- Software performance
- Button functionality

- Water damage from improper use

IP68 Water Resistance Note: While Microwear smartwatches are IP68 rated:
- ❌ Avoid hot showers and steam
- ❌ Not suitable for swimming
- ❌ Keep away from salt water
- ⚠️ Water damage voids the warranty

KDEAM Sunglasses: 6 Month Limited Warranty
All KDEAM sunglasses come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues.

- Manufacturing defects
- Frame defects
- Hinge problems
- ❌ What's Not Covered:
- Scratches from normal use
- Lost or broken parts
- Unauthorized modifications
- Accidental damage
IMPORTANT: To protect your sunglasses and maintain lens quality:
- ✅ ONLY use a clean microfiber cloth to clean the lenses
- ❌ DO NOT use alcohol, chemicals, or cleaning solutions
- ❌ DO NOT use paper towels, tissues, or clothing
- ⚠️ Using incorrect cleaning materials may damage lens coatings and void the warranty.
Each pair comes with a complimentary microfiber cleaning cloth. 😊
Warranty Claim Process
If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
- 📞 Contact Us: Notify us of your warranty claim by sending a WhatsApp message to 0632328285. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- 🔍 Assessment: We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all stickers and accessories intact.
- 📦 Return Instructions: Return Address: 6 Ashwood Boulevard, Veld Street, Glen Marais, Kempton Park, 1619, Gauteng. Please send us a WhatsApp message at 0632328285 with your tracking number and order number once the product has been shipped.
- 💸 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for warranty claims. These costs are non-refundable. Handling Fee: A R150 handling fee applies to all warranty replacements to cover processing and shipping costs.
- 🔧 Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email to confirm receipt of the returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim.
- ✅ Resolution: If your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair the item, replace the item, or provide a refund (if applicable). Refunds will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days. Note: Shipping costs are not included in refunds. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION.

- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
