Your product is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under regular use due to defects in material or workmanship.
The Warranty is only valid for products purchased from our online store (http://www.smael.co.za). There are many cheap imitations sold elsewhere, and we do not offer a warranty on any products not bought from our online store.
If a customer receives a faulty item that is discovered upon opening the package, we will be responsible for providing a replacement at our cost.

Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use of the sunglasses. This includes issues related to materials, workmanship, or any other factory-related defects.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any breakage or damage caused by neglect, accidental breakage, mishandling, or improper use of the sunglasses.
Inspection Process: If you believe that the issue with your sunglasses is due to a factory defect and not caused by neglect or accidental breakage on your side, you can send them back to us for inspection.
Inspection Outcome: Our team will thoroughly inspect the sunglasses to determine if the issue is indeed a factory defect. If it is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the sunglasses free of charge. If the issue is determined to be caused by neglect or accidental breakage, it will not be covered under the warranty.
Please be aware that any transportation expenses incurred for returning the sunglasses for inspection will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, if the Sunglasses needs to be replaced, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping for the replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
